Pe/OQ on the Veg and Meat need to be over 900. Ideally. Though in some cases if the PE on one of them is very high, and the OQ is so so, you may be able to get +25.
You need a resonable DR and FL should be decent, certainly higher than say 500. But after that its not that important.
Adds, well if you have good enough resources you can get away with bad adds. I'd simply play around with differing types (if you have the resource to do so, if not i'd go with the highest you can get, just to be safe).
Now as you say you're new i personally would go for the +25/3 use, and just leave the time on whatever it is. With the new stomach changes getting above 15m would be just for show.
Hope that helps.

ive made some +25.25 bivioli for 13.5mins, which sells just as good as my 24.43 for 15mins. some docs like duration, some that dont sit in coronet or the MO on dant for 6hrs, like the extra boost. As long as its has 3 bites and priced according to power/duration, its will sell good.

That Bivoli doesn't suck, its the meat pe keeping it down but can't always have 900pe for the carn.
As long as you can get 3 use's on it should sell no prob, can't keep any in stock.

Agreed, as long as the bivoli is 3 use and +23-25 wound treatment, it will sell. I always go for quality over quantity though, and am about to put out some +25/3 use/17m0s Bivoli

my bivoli is +25.52 for 14 minutes and 3 uses
In order to hit these stats i'm a twelve point chef and
the meat I use has to be over 900 on OQ and PE
I use beans that are 1000 oq also
115 or 116 heavies give me the same result
