Ive made some sample Parwan just to see if I can get it to work.

Stats are..

23 Filling

91% Time Reduce

53% Cost Reduce

From what Ive heard, using it I can burst run forever, but from what ive tried, ive only been able to burst run twice in a row, once was caused by the actual cake, the other was caused by my skill of burst run. After I used my burst run skill, it did the normal 10 minute recharge. What am I missing here?

Btw, I diduse Food add's for duration.

that cake mainly reduces the cooldown time after your burstrun, if you eat it BEFORE you click the burstrun button

consume cake -> press burstrun -> consume another cake -> press burstrun again -> and so on...

Make sure you are using the Flavor BE supplement. Try to get the time reduction as close to 100% as possible. Then eat one cake and it will cause you to burst run. Whne it wears of, f you would eat another cake to start to instantly burst run again, and repeat this process until you cannot eat anymore. When your stomach is full they press the burst run key for you last use.

With this method on an empty stomach you should be able to pull off 4-5 burst runs in a row with 0 downtime.

shouldnt be 90% downtime reduce be enough? afaik the downtime counts when you START burstrunning, not when its end... which means the downer can be up to 1 minute long, because you are already running in this minute

afaik 90% was enough to "continiously" burst run - if worked correctly.

Ok....let's back up some and start over....

Parwan reduces both the HAM costs and "tired time" of a burst run. It also triggers the burstrun itself. It is useful for exactly ONE burstrun. After that, its gone.

Your burstrun timer is 60 seconds, and your "tired time" timer is 10 minutes. Anytime you burstrun, both of these timers activate immediately upon a burstrun. So lets say you take a 90%/60% parwan. You will start burstrunning immediately. The parwan has reduced your tired time by 90%, so instead of lasting TEN minutes, it only lasts ONE minute. That means that as soon as your 60 second nurstrun is done, you are no longer tired.

At this point you have a choice. You can take ANOTHER parwan, and you will do the whole thing again...OR....you can hit your burstrun button. If you just hit your burstrun button, remember that this will be your LAST burstrun for ten minutes. There is no way to reduce tired time once you have hit the burstrun button. However if you simply take another hit of parwan, you will start all over again and finish your second burstrun with no tiredness. You can keep hitting your parwan until you cant take it any longer due to having a full stomach...and once THAT happens, you can go ahead and hit your burstrun button for a final burstrun.

So essentially, you can burstrun 5 or 6 times in a row. So burstrun for 5 or 6 minutes. Not too shabby.

NOW....some Chefs only take their parwan to 90%, while others go higher. If you do the math, you realize that under PERFECT circumstances, there is no reason to have anything over 90%. You dont need it.

But that is only under perfect circumstances

Smart PvPers will always want 95-100% parwan. The reason is simple : a KD or a few other states will kill a burstrun. With 90% Parwan, they wouild have to wait until the full minute was up before they could tag the parwan again. A minute in PvP is a lifetime that could mean death. PvPers dont use parwan to burstrun for 5 minutes at a time, they use it to escape or prolong battle. IT needs to be there when they need it, and their opponent will do everything in their power to kill it.

THAT is why 100% parwan is desireable to a portion of the community. 90% is good, and will get the job done....but 100% is what is preferable to PvPers. Personally I stocked both. Best thing you can do is talk to your clients and see what they would like.

I hope this helps And hello to the Chef boards.

Ah...very excellent answer. So it's actually better to drag the Nutricake onto your toolbar than a burstrun icon...since it triggers it as well.

1st Attempt)

Iconsumed a cake, it made me burstrun...

I pressed the burstrun button after I stopped burst running from the cake..

Then I had to still wait 8 minutes.

2nd Attempt)

I consumed a cake, it made me burstrun..

I pressed the button right after I consumed the cake, I continued burstrunning..

I had to wait9 minutes to burstrun again after that, and consuming a cake did nothing..

Did I just make 300 Medium Food Adds for duration for nothing..

Ok, now the question is:

I have made Parwan with Duration Adds, and the stats were tested at:

100% Reduce Timer

23 Filling

That means, you can use the food 4 times, then hit the button for a 5th time, or 5 mins Of burstrun.

A Jedi friend of mine told me that I should try to get the filling down to 19-20 so he could eat it 5 times, or for 6 minutes of burst run.

The lowest I could get my filling down to was 21 (Im am actually using REALLY goodresouces for filling reduction, all have 800+ Stats in DR/OQ)

I was wondering if anyone had any success in getting the filling below 21.
