Thread: I know we are getting our redesign, but one itty bitty request...
This might be a double edged sword, but is there anyone else who would like 50 stack crates instead of 25 stack ones? I don't have problems selling 25 stack crates, but I just hate dragging 40 crates of subcomp to do full runs, especially when it's BoH/Sunburn and I have to drop my inventory, pull from one factory, and dump into another one. Maybe I'd like a redesign on input/output hopper functionality or the ability to multiple select items (windows style), but 50 stack crates would be nice.
Any thoughts on why this would be a bad thing? I figured it was possible since we are getting redesigned anyway and the medics get it.
Powerups come in 10 unit crates, but repair tools and droid batteries come in 25 unit crates, so there is some variance in the output from the equipment factory. Now that I think about it, I don't know of anything besides powerups that comes out in 10 packs.

Structural modules for architects come in 100 crates. I think any subcomponent should come in 100's. That would rock.

Unless something has changed since I was a tailor, components are 50, but finished products(like spec-ops dusters) are 25 to a crate. Of course, hardly anyone does crates of tailor products because people want it customized most of the time.
This would be an IMMENSE help to me. Even if it was just the subcomponents like soypro, aludium, etc. Although the a good point to bring up to the devs is that we could save database space if we had more per crate. I don't know what the original thought was to set the crates at 25, but another good point to bring up to the devs is that our stuff is extremely consumable. We need larger crates so people will stockpile more. I can't tell you how many times I've lost sales because people only had about 10 space total. Our crates go down fast. It's not like a crate of FWGs or something. It's not going to be there for months and months.
BH Droids come in 5's. Composite Armor segments come in 50's. Most all of DE is 25's.
Onece they come out thin output hopper, they go into an input hopper
