Thread: Wait for Wild Meat/Milk or Give In and Use Deeds

Or sell the deeds, use the money to buy the resource. Should get you more then 30k of meat.
yep, good idea

Money is definatelynot the issue so I would never sell the deeds. I have plenty of credits. I went shopping last night and spent 3 hours shopping the bazaar. Found no wild meat. None. Did pick up some nice greens, flowers and dom wheat though so it was not a total loss. I am going to go shopping for carni and dom meat tonight.
I am thinking of just putting up a wild 70cpu offer to get any takers for some good wild meat on the trade forums. I have a master ranger toon as one of my six toons so I generally prefer to hunt my own meat.

Yeah, I also have access to a Master Ranger/Rifleman, but man, soloing for meat takes ages.
I say soloing cuz it's so hard to form a group to hunt something else than boring Bols. The huntsare nowfor pure XP grinding, I understand that grinding with bols is both safer and faster. But sh!!!!!!!t it's boring, and if the shift for herb meat blows, hope for a decent shift of hides... and hides... you know.
argh, people are wussies.
And I dont have the money to offer 70cpu for a resource yet.
Also, when I played before, there was no milk, period. Do we have milk now? Where does one get it?
Resource Deed: one of the vet rewards, sorry can't recall what 'level' I didn't take it as it just didn't seem like a lot
esp compared to my stacks of 100k in the bank.
Milk: WE HAVE MILK!!!!! Sorry, I'm still pretty excited. I spent hours camping that dang spawn on Talus(?) with the kittehs of doom and playing 'tag' with nightsisters trying to get enough before (back when it was a rare! spawn). Anyway, I digress - you milk stuff. Seriously. If you have scout, you can go out and, mask your scent, and use your radial dial on say a Bolle Bol, and milk it. Don't let it move too far away - auto follow won't work, just FYI. You have to stand there while it says, "you continue to milk the creature" X3 then it'll say you succeed in milking the creature! or something to that effect. I'm still iffy on what controls the process (how much you get from said creature). You need masked scent so you don't 'spook' the creature, but what level your scout skills are do not seem to directly impact the yield. What level your character is, your mission is, may, I suspect. Anyway, hopefully that wasn't too confusing.
RE: original topic, I say wait too =) Resources have been icky of late one Wanderhome it seems, generally, but I just started pulling up some ok beans, etc so give it a bit and just adjust your menu as best you can =/ Seems like a lot of Chef stuff ends up being 'seasonal'.
