I am trying to prepare for the new revamp and trying to get some of the resources needed. But now the percentages on the stats has changed and DR has been added to the math as well. So Ihave made a spreadsheet with the new changes and have come to some good conclusions. It is not as bad as it looks. There are 7 categories which the different stats can placed into. A category is similar to the 44 PE, 33 OQ, 22 Flav or the 33 OQ 33 PE 33 Flav.
How did I come up with the categories? I am only really interested in the floral aspect of the schematics so flavor, OQ, PE, and DR are what interest me. I would add up the total that these stats add to the schematic. For example Vasarian Brandy is 400, Travel Biscuits is 325 (since SR is 75% of quantity, I subtracted that from the 400. Only 25% of a floral food determines quantity), and Aitha has 300 (since flavor is not used at all). Then I got each stat, added up how much it added to the schematic and divided by the total I described earlier. Confused yet? Ok here's a little math. Lets do Vasarian Brandy and see how the stats weigh on it.
Vasarian Brandy
DR = 100 / 400 = 25%
Flav = 66 / 100 = 17%
PE = 141 / 400 = 35%
OQ =91 / 400 = 23%
So now we know how heavily the stats affect the schematics on AVERAGE. The key word being average. Notice how PE and DR seem to be the most important stats. If you concentrated on PE and DR solely and forgot the flavor and OQ, then you would have a pretty bad buff size.
Why is this useful then? Because it helps categorize the importance of stats on our new foods. Some chefs may only want a huge buff size and they may fail to see thatthe other stats weigh heavily on the other stats. This is meant to be a guide to maybe input into SWGcraft so you have a starting point while hunting down resources. It is not the end all form of finding a good stat experiment percentage, but it is a stepping stone in the right direction in my opinion.
Anyways here are the different categories. After the categories I will put the foods that belong in each category after. The list is not complete, its only a little over 1/2 complete. Once the new experiment stats for the food comes in I will place the rest up. In the meanwhile, we can mess around with these numbers.
If someone wants the actual spreadsheet to put it on a site (Im looking at you sci), just PM me your email. It is an excel spreadsheeet. It looks messy here but it is much easier to see on the spreadsheet.
Category 1
DR = 25
Flavor = 17
OQ = 23
PE = 35
Category 2
DR = 31
Flavor =20
OQ = 29
PE = 20
Category 3

Category 4
DR = 33
Flavor = 17
OQ = 15
PE = 35
Category 5
DR = 8
Flavor = 22
OQ = 22
PE = 48
Category 6
DR = 17
Flavor = 23
OQ = 39
PE = 21
Category 7
DR = 42
Flavor = 16
OQ = 42
PE = nil
Category 1 = Bofa Treat, Blob Candy, Carmelized Pkneb, Kanali Wafers, Air Cake, Almond Kwavuu Biscuits, Blap Biscuits, Corellian Ale, Gralinyn Juice, Corellian Brandy, Accaragm, Vasarian Brandy, Vayerbock.
Category 2 = Travel Biscuits, Exo Protein Wafer, Crispic, K-18 Rations, Jawa Beer, Teltier Noodles, Garrmorl, T'ssolok.
Category 3 = Spiced Tea, Caf, Ruby Bliel, Deuterium Pyro, Durindfire, Ithorian Mist, Veronian Berry Wine, Chandad, Pastebread, Won-Won.
Category 4 = Aitha, Starshine Surprise, T'illa T'ill.
Category 5 = Dustcrepe
Category 6 = Jaar, Blue Milk, Bespin Port
Category 7 = Elshandruu Pica Thundercloud
As you can see, category 1,2 and 3 are most prevalent so far. Finding a mix between the three would be best. I hope this is not too confusing and perhaps someone can explain it better. This may be a waste of time, an interesting read, or a solution. Either way Im posting it

. It is 3:40 a.m. so there may be some spelling errors or mis calculations. Im pretty tired and I'm not all there.

Hope you enjoy it.
