err forgot who the original poster was but giving him all credits - there' mainly specials for rifle but there's also overcharge and a few carabineer ones

Overcharge Shot2 ... Dmg x2.5 ...... Time x2.0 <-- Broken, same as OC1
Suppression Fire1 .. Dmg x1.5x??? .. Time x2.0 <-- works only every 30 secs


also - the formula from that same post for shooting seeed is:



(weaponSpeed)(shotTimePenalty)(100- speedMod(60 for master carabineer))/100


so if say my carabine is with speed 3.4 and I'm shooting fullAutoSingle1 with penalty of 1.5 my actual shooting speed will be :



3.4x1.5x(100-60)/100=2.04 seconds


now lets say you're a bounty hunter - speed mod is (calculating from skill tree might be wrong) 80


formula is the same but you get 100-80 or the final result is divided by 2 so it's 1.02 seconds


so basically a BH with specialization in 3 weapons is better than us that specialize in only 1 weapon 2 times


ohh - actually BH specials actually work


so if you can find skill tapes that raise carabine speed by 20 you'll be shooting 2times as fast
