I have never heard so much whining! I am a master carbineer, and i love it! it's a great butt kicking proffession!

I have read all the complaints and it seems to me that you guys want it to be perfect. Not enough hit points, too much ham cost, too long of a wait between special shots, ow...my **edit** hurts!

Suck it up and enjoy what you worked hard for. Every proffession has it's problems, and every proffession will be be fixed in time. There are imperfections in the game and we have to deal with it. if you can't enjoy what you have and kick ass doing it, then change proffessions!

Schlipp, we don't want to be other professions. We picked Carbineer for whatever our reasons, and that's the class we want. I personally wanted to be set apart from the sea of Bounty Hunters, Pistoleers, Commandos, and Creature Handlers out there. Not only that, I knew that with the action damage focus of the Carbineer, I could turn the profession into the thinking man's fighter. Upon reaching Carbineer, I learned of the lopsidedness of the skill mods, the gimped specials, etc. etc. etc. I stuck with it, hoping for the fixes that were promised. The DEVS admit that we're super-screwed, and that should say something. For those of us that have been here for a while, we're tired of being made promises that merely get skipped over. We don't want to be as handicapped as we are compared to similar classes, and we're right in that respect. If all other elite classes had the same problems, we wouldn't have a problem. Other professions are a mess too, but as things stand, it's like a guy missing his left hand fighting a guy missing his left eye, arm, and leg.

If you're willing to lie down and accept a half-assed profession as it is, that's great. Keep doing what you're doing. What we are now though, is a far cry from what we're supposed to be, and most of us are aware of it. We still want to be Carbineers. We just want to be Carbineers that work like the devs claim they do. We didn't create the class. We were just told how it's supposed to be, and that's what we want. Nothing more.
