I saw a carbine for sale that said it had a stock and 0Ham, what exactly does that mean?

the Imperial Themepark rewards you (sometimes) with these AMAZINGLY badass weapon stocks. They SPEED a weapon up instead of slow it down, and they do *not* add to the weapon's HAM.
