Been here that you guys can solo krayts... just like to see if you guys have a shoot that stop krayts from runing

Yeah, just get a carbine that can do a shot worth 150k of damage and you'll be all set.

In reality, we can't solo a Krayt, at least no carbineer I've ever heard of has soloed one. I've heard of Riflemen and Smugglers soloing Krayts before when they had 100k HAM and not 300k, but that was ages ago.

don't krayts still get caught on harvesters?

I know a lot of players exploit that and solo them.

before chargeshot 1 was fixed i guess it was possible to solo a krayt...it might have taken several hours, but it couldve been done.

lol, yeah Charge Shot 1 to solo a Krayt, let's see here.

25 damage a shot

Shoot once every two seconds

350k HAM

350,000/25=14,000 shots


14,000x2= 28,000 seconds


That's 467 minutes, or nearly 8 hours.


A Krayt would disappear before you soloed it.

i'd set up a macro that spammed burst shot and run around for 8 hours just to say i soloed one. Knowing my luck i'd get jumped by a random mob though.

u coulduse actionshot1


it should make it kneel most of the time, and bleeds while damaging them a little, while they are kneeling spam burstshot or fullautosingle2.


in theory this should work, then again it is a krayt and just one unlucky hit and you're down for the count

Posture change shots don't work on high level creatures.


Don't believe everything you read or hear about who can kill what, most people/kids just want other professions to get the nerf bat.

People just slap down junk harvesters and get the krayt stuck on it. That's how soloing is done now.

I've had krayts get hung up on rock formations before. You think once I have that damned thing where it can't waste me, I'm going to move a virtual muscle?
