Thread: how do you do it???
do do you do it?
Not a single box in a month is very, very slow, even unbuffed.
My advice if you're not constantly buffed:
- Do the highest-level missions that you can get from the terminals. Don't do any missionthat pays less than 2k. Equip a good weapon when getting missions from the terminals.
- Pick fights withwhite, yellow and red cons only. Don't waste your timeon blue unless you really have to.
- Spend a few nights at Fort Tusken.

if your not joking, i pity you. what are you fighting? i suggest get buffed and go to dantooine and fight quenkers. get a droid and make a group for extra exp, 3188 per quenker if grouped. a month and not a box is shameful. i can do a while box in a day of solid grinding (8+ hours)
-Ditto- You'll level fast there.
LOL!
I'm sorry about that, but I had to laugh!
I work 12 to 14 hour days, play basketball for about 3 hours or so every other day, and I play SWG in between when I can, and I'm only 6 boxes away from master Carbineer and I've only been one for a little less than 2 weeks...,
...and I thought I was moving extremely slow!!!
Anyway, yeah dude, the afforementioned are some good suggestions. I think the most popular of them is Dantooine though, (imho). it's usually easy to find a doc buffing at the mining outpost, if not, Coronet on Corellia is just a shuttle hop away. You can go there, get buffed and immediately catch a shuttle back. Get Focus and willpower buffs from a musician if you can, if not, do the vasarian brandy thing.
And yes, the Kinetic resist ubese armor is a must if you are soloing, preferably 70% or higher. if possible, when at the lower levels or Carbineer, group with a couple of melee types tank for you but not to many so they don't suck up all the xp, (it's a lot less boring than grinding alone).
Me personally though, if I'm on a mission to grind out as fast as possbile, I get fully buffed and armored up like stated above, and go soloing and killing everything in sight, but until you get a little speed and a little accuracy from the left-most skill boxes, you are probobly better served just killing hurton matrons, hurton huntresses, and quenkers, then you can move up to adding pickets to your repetoir, then on to a 'kill everything in sight' regimen.
I think it takes most semi-casual/hardcore players about a standard week to master most combat profs using similar methods as the above, but that's just what I have noted.
