I just started using my Nyms carbine. but my question is, if anyone knows is this. After giving it to me Nym said "any time you need weapons come back". Does that mean that when this one breaks hell give me anohter or is he just going to keep saying that to me without putting out?

it means you can go back and redo the quests and get another carbine whenever you want.
