I have a question, specifically about our AE attacks. Right now, I'm 0/0/0/3 in Carbineer. So when it comes to AE attacks, I only haveAction Shot 2, and Full Auto Area 2. However, when I use both of them, I've noticed something odd : When I target an NPC who is near a lair, the lair won't take damage from the special attack. I see the text that the lair took damage, but the actual damage bar never goes down. I kill 3 rebels and 'see' in my combat spam, that I did 700, 300, 1200, 500, 700, 1000, etc. But after I kill the rebels around the base, the base still has full health.


This seems like a bug to me, as I have watched a pistoleer friend using fan shot, hitting the base + all the people around it. Same with a rifleman thread using advanced strafe.


What I'm curious about, is if Burst Shot has this same issue? Is this a bug with Full Auto Area? I can understand Action Shot 2 not doing damage to a lair, but why wouldn't FAA do it?

This is similar to the other AoE discussions, a target will only take damage to their HAM when in combat mode from an AoE shot. This goes for lairs and every creature/NPC.


I believe this to be a GOOD thing as I don't want to keep hitting that Rancor Lair after I got 4 out already
