I will always go after carbine accuracy while moving SEA's over normal carbine accuracy SEA's.

If you have +55 carbine accuracy while movingas a master carbineer (+25 from SEA's), that's 83.3% more than a master carbineer with +30 carbine accuracy while moving.

The percent increase from plain accuracy will be far lower, even those without the BH carbine line. But more accuracy should never hurt you.

Others I consider worth buying are:
Carbine speed
Defense vs. knockdown
Defense vs. blind
Defense vs. dizzy
Defense vs. stun
Melee defense
Ranged defense
Counterattack
carbine aiming

So Carbine Accuracy stacks? Like say you were 0-0-0-4 and you had the +55 Carbine Accuracy and +20 While Moving would this effectivly give you +75 while moving?

I don't think that's how it works. You get an accuracy penalty from moving and another one if the target is also moving. So it would be more like if you have +55 when both are standing and one of you starts running, then your accuracy gets a penalty and you now have +30 accuracy. while the accuracy while moving would increase you to +50. This will still give you worse accuracy while moving than if you were standing.

That probably isn't how it actually works in game, but it gets the main idea across.

In theory getting Accuracy While Moving is huge % wise, but with the CURRENT game mechanics....who knows

Plain Carbine Accuracy is of course usefull too.
