Right now I am 2013 carbineer. I was wondering how to proceed. Should I go up the first 2 branches first then the third? I was thinking that speed is a priority then accuracy. Any suggestions?

You really need both Accuracy and Speed, but it is easier to supplement the skill mods by posture and/or scopes on your carbines to increase Accuracy.

Work them evenly but with Speed moving up first until you qualify for a 4th tier, then get the Accuracy 4th tier as it is a large bonus

Counterinsurgency is last but the new BurstShot2 is a pretty sweet AoE attack that should be considered. Although you really need the skill mods to use ANY Carbineer attack effectively so I would still put it last.

When i did carbineer the first skill i got was /burstshot1 so i had a decent skill to grind XP with. Theni did the accuracy tree to get /crippleshot, looking back if i had to do it again i would have donemore of the speed treeafter getting /burstshot1. Accuracy is important, but speed is althoughs for faster XP grinding, and overall IMO is more important for lower level carbineers.

Thanks for the quick responses. To add to this, do either of you feel that getting the BH carbine tree is good, or is just master carbineer fine? I hear that the speed and accuracy bonus is great in the BH tree.

Depends if you want to use 250 skill points vs. 92 skill points

I get BH Carbine Speed, +85, with +25 in attachments that cost me ZERO skill points.

Iebas, I still envy you lol. I'm working on getting speed attachments too. I'm up to +68, gradually getting to +85.

BH carb tree does help with the carbine skills alot, but pretty much renders your character useless for anything but shooting things with your carbine. If that is what you are going for, then the BH Carb tree is definitely for you, and is infinitely easier to get then +25 in attachments.

I suppose I shouldn't tell you I have +11 extra in 4 attachments as I am building my second Carbineer Comp Suit

You best fear the day they make intergalactic travel possible. I'll hunt you down and steal your suit when you go link dead.
