I just got bh carbine 4. Now I am wondering what carbine should I use for PvP? I don't know anything about the speed cap or anything like that. Should I even worry about the speed on my carbine? My carbine speed mod is +115 and my accuracy is +190. What carbines are recommended?

You don't have to worry about speed at all, you will fire every special at the speed cap no matter what carbine you use. As for the choice of carbines I would recommend you keep a handy at all times, for PvP use an elite and laser depending on who you are fighting, for PvE use an Laser or DXR6 incase they are vulnerable to acid. Also request your local weaponsmith to add a stock for the extra damage.
