I haven't seen this mentioned a bunch, at all really, and I think I should say something.

I've noticed that Carbineer's most powerful shot (crippleshot)hits health more than 75% of the time I shoot it. In PVP, if I want to win, I use cripple and FAS2 to win through killing Health. Yeah, I action bleed, them, but that's just because of the almost guaranteed Posturedown. If you don't make our shots hit action all the time, at least make them hit action most of the time. I'm 1301 carbineer right now, so I don't have the higher level shots. But it's unfortunate that I kill in PVP and PVE through health instead of action. Are the high level shots different?

Nope, many people believe Crippling should always hit action, but instead its a random pool attack (50% health, 40% action, 10% mind, I think). No, legshot3/legshot2 are the most devastating action targeting attacks.

But, what I'm saying is that they're not nearly as devastating as crippleshot. I can shoot crippleshot 5 times in PVP, hit a guy three times out of that 5 in the health, and he's gone. I have to fire legshot 1 and 2 about 10 times to get him down enough. I prefer crippleshot.
