i thought xp was based on damage u give... ppl sed cripple does more damage,, then ppl say scatter shot2 gives more xp,, im confused.................................

which is bettter to have to lvl up with,,,,,,,

XP is based on damage you do, correct, however if you are soloing then you just want to drop the critter as fast as possible, so probably crippling.

Usually if you are doing lots of damage fast, you are denying other players(in your group for example) from getting their damage in, thus soaking up most of the XP. The grouping XP has gotten much better than it was at launch, so I dont think its a huge issue now unless one person is totaly outclassing you, like a commando/TKA/BH.

Just fool around with them and see what you get. One special isnt going to get you more XP than another though, its all based on the damage, except maybe when your alone and then its just based on if you kill the mob I think(since I havent noticed any difference in killing a critter with all specials, or using normal attacks that spread on all HAMs)

If you are group hunting with a decent size group and there are pets, then its sometimes better to use full auto shot because you are shooting more then one creature and getting xp from all of them. However make sure that your group isn't just attacking one creature but all of them because by using full auto, you will aggro all of them and will piss off your group, so be cautious.
