This fact may have been previously stated, in that case i just want some confermation.

when using full auto single 2 in pve (hard to experement on another player). i find that blind and stuned stat effects stick quite regularly to my target. however when monitering my combat tab i see

(Target) looks dizzy

(Target) appears to regain its ballance

this always happens instantly. the effect never sticks. Now i fight sometimes with a brawler (novice skill mind you) and his dizzy effect will work on the mobs. is this due to my skill lvl? or is the skill busted?

just looking for a few pointers

Bug...been there all along. It kind of sucks for us as this combo is working great for others right now. they put a dizzy on and then KD and it pretty much stays down. Hopefully they will fix some of our stuff int he next patch as SOJ keeps hinting.
