Do u guys have any bleed shots? And what is a good range for carbineer?

We have 2 action bleeds. The aptly named Action Dhot 1 and Action Shot 2. AS1 is single target, AS2 is AOE (errr, cone effect?). Yes, they do stack. Legshot is an attackt that targets action pool.
Range depends on the carbine. I mostly use laser, so "optimum" range is 50ish.
