I was a BH and know about fire knockdown, but if you Read the skill tree Most of the skills say stuff about knock downs. do we have any ?

Yes, its called Charge Shot. Its in the Carbine Special Abilities tree.

Whether it works properly or not is anyones guess... I've KD'd mobs and had them still firing at me (combat spam and lasers coming at me!!). So my guess is it works partially... I'd like to test it more... but .. you know.. there really needs to be a static firing range kinda thing on TC....

i noticed that as well with chargeshot1. I get the "failed to knockdown the target" message, but the NPC still falls over. While on the ground, i'm still taking hits from it. I guess its part of that no KD timer for chargeshot. I try to get a dizzy or stun to stick then spam the CS1. Even after getting a "failed to KD.." message, they fall over and stay down due to the dizzy or stun.

I would love charge shot if we could stick a dizzy state....

the only way i can get dizzy to "stick" is to use FireKnockdown from the BH carbine tree. Yeah, i'm a dabbler, but just for now. Even after i've knocked down a target with /FireKnockdown and the dizzy sticks, sometimes the NPC still gets up and is able to move without falling over. So, i've been able to use Chargeshot1 immediatly seeing the NPC move to knock it down. I get the message "failed to knockdown target", but the NPC still falls over all the while still shooting at me. The catch is, with dizzy applied, the NPC stays down and doesn't shoot at me anymore. So, thats how i'm able to keep them down. Only if the dizzy effect from Fullautosingle stuck to the target.

What the message is referring to is the 5 second attack delay when it says you failed to knock down your target, but they actually still fall flat on their ass and receive 50% more damage while on the ground and they cannot fire back until they stand up. DEVs say that chargeshot is working as intended, I guess because they feel sorry for us.
