Was looking forward to the new patch. Lots of Imperials about, new stuff for chefs, new bike colours so I can actually find my bike !! Was all sounding good ...
Does any one have linkage to what was actually changed in the patch ? Kind of been behind in my reading ...
I get on to play ... most of my mate's have taken up rifleman and swordsman. Fair enough. I go to run an easy Rebel mission. First stormtrooper I hit, you're knockdown fails ... no surprise ... then I actually KD him and he stays down for a bit ... **edit**? They fix it ? Have they changed it ? Have Carbineers finally become the uber profession that it truly should be ?
It seems that they only fixed the KD timer ? None of the other specials seem affected ? So that leavesus with Scattershot2, Crippleshot, Burstshot1, Legshot2, Actionshot1 & 2 ? That's pretty awesome for 92 skill points !
If they were going to fix the specials - fix them all ! Not just the ones that whiners moan about.
So now I am seriously thinking about giving up on my beloved carbines - it's been a love / hate relationship. I love them, they hate me.
Hmm ... what to do now ? Give up Master Doctor and Master Carbineer or just keep on praying that the Devs may fix us soon ?

KD is still a bit dodgy. Seems to work okay ( when it finally lands! ) on NPCs and PCs. Some creatures are still fuzzy and any other posture specials in the queue, either yours or your groupmate's seems to affect it in a bad way.
Still has the standing requirement and the charge animation. They need to go IMO if it's not going to be improved over any other KD.
No other specials were fixed, well /chargeShot2 got a timer but it wasn't fixed
