I am sure it is here some where but after looking for over 2 hours I can not find a post for the modifiers on carbineer specials. Can anyone post a link? I have already checked www.swgcenter.com and it looks like they must have old information. I saw a post recently where one of the specials had a 7x modifier and none of the specials on swgcenter are anywhere near that high.
