I was wondering about BH/Carb Combo, specifically if you get BH 0400 and Carb 0400 You will recieve +170 Accuracy and +80 Speed, I was wondering exactly does Accuracy cap at a certain point? I know that if you Master BH/Carb 0400 you get +180 Accuracy, if you get Master Carb/BH 0400Its +190 Accuracy. I would think that any skill regardless would max at +200 in Accuracy (because if you get Master BH and Master Carb, its impossible but you would max at +200) I want to know if theres a equation or something for it, like Ranged defense vs. Accuracy orsome craplike that. Also does Accuracy effect Underhand's capability of Knocking someone on their ass? I just want to know wheather I should get Master BH and Carb as a side profession, in PVP is that much Accuracy effective against like TKAs and Commandos and stuff. Thx.

As a former BH 0400 with Master Carbs I'd say that having lots of accuracy is great but when shooting at someone with over 200+ in ranged defense even that kind of accuracy isn't enough although it helps.
