Funny to put a Dodge bonus on a Carbine when Dodge won't (isn't supposed to) work......

As a weapon, no carbineer I know of would be caught dead using it. The stats, as in most non-exceptional, non-legendary weapons, are flat out bad.
The +25 Dodge is useless, as it is a carbine. It's funny, because you can not dodge with a carbine in your hand, yet to get the +25 Dodge, you have to be holding it.
SOE cracks me up, sometimes I think they do that on purpose.
On the bright side, you may want to ask the guys over on the Squad Leader boards. Steady Aim is a SL skill, and +25 may be worth something to an avid SL.
