Yes, but it is true that any and all weapons will cap with any special at +100 speed. This is the only hard cap to speed in the game. Generally however you won't need that much speed.

Yep you're right, I must have punched in a number wrong

Also, if you really want to fire cripple shot at the cap with a slower weapon, it can be done. A 4.0 weapon with a 33% speed powerup will have a reduced speed of 2.68, and a 3.9 weapon will put you right under the cap.

no accuracy cap whatsoever.

Accuracy has no cap and speed caps any weapon at +100.

At +85 carbine speed (using +25 in attachments) you can cap with a 2.8 weapon. At an unenhanced Master Carbineer, you can with a 1.0 weapon.

Not entirely 100% accurate.....

+100 Carbine Speed is NOT necessary to cap the typical weapon speeds of Carbines.....+90 will cap a 4.0 Speed Weapon and that covers almost all, but if it doesn't then go to +92 to cap a 5.0 weapon.

And +85 Carbine Speed caps a 2.666 Speed Weapon.

BTW, this is for 2.5 delay specials for any profession, if you are using faster specials then you can use slower weapons than listed above......or slower specials need faster weapons
