I don't know about a trainer onCorellia, but I can tell you wheresome other known trainers are:

Mos Eisley, Tatooine: 3534, -4695

Keren, Naboo: 1262, 2678

Narmle, Rori: -5139, -2515

Dearic, Talus: 583, -2873

I don't have the loc but to get to the trainer in Tyrena:

Run to the Cantina (use /find, and select the Cantina if you don't know where it is).

When you get to the cantina look on the NE side (pretty sure it's that side) at a funky looking building that is sort of circular but has all kinds of little alcoves in the walls.

On the outside of that buildingare the Pistoleer, Carabineer, and Rifleman traders all next to each other.

Carbineer trainer is in Tyrena, Corellia, next to the the building northwest of the cantina.

Where are the NPC Carbineer trainers?

Talus, Dearic: 583, -2873

Tatooine, Mos Eisley: 3534, -4695

Corellia, Tyrena: -5225, -2488

Naboo, Keren: 1262, 2678

Rori, Narmle: -5138, -2514

Rori, Rori Rebel Outpost: 3627, -6433

Straight out of the FAQ.
