AAhhhh crap ooopsies.....
anyways, My question was this: When people talk about dabbling in the BH carbine line with m carbineer, they say that they get they're carbine speed up to +90. Also, when i used a character builder thing, it came out as +90 to carbine speed. My question is how come when i add it up on paper, add up all the +speed, i get 110, but everywhere else it says i should get +90? Lol this is a more complex way of asking, "What should my carbine speed mod be if i'm master carbineer/BH 0400?"

My krayt T21 for an edit button! another question, what does the little "NT" beside the thread title mean? I can guess what the "URL" thing means but not what the "NT," a little help here?

Master carbineer/BH carbines 4 comes out to 115 speed, and 190 accuracy.
The edit option is under options, you can give the krayt T21 to Kaelle Darkblossom on intrepid.

NT= No Text.....blank post.....
And you only need above +90 Carbine Speed if you have a weapon slower than 4.0 Weapon Speed.
