Where can i find some Uber Carbines, i don't mine paying but i jsut started carbineer ans need some good weapons!
and looking for skilltapes too

Do Nym's missions on Lok and you'll get a good carbine (that needs no certification to use)to start out with. Skill tapes you should probably search out bio-engineers as the loot ones you can find in certain places are generally only +1 to a random skill.
Later on you'll want a good laser carbine. You're on a different server than me, so I can't recommend any weaponsmiths to you.

Might wanna try Facemeat on Tatooine for weapons...lots of good ones, but none are exceptional for a carbineer. I'm still searching for skill tapes for carb so no help there, sorry.
