Thread: Which Way To Go In Carbineer?

I'm going for MBH with one of my characters, but since I have another Master Pistoleer character, I'm going Carbineer with my 33 spare points after I reach MBH. I think I can do without Novice Medic, too.


I'm 0/1/0/2 Carbineer now. Several ways I can go. Questions:


1. I like Charge Shot 1. That KD seems to stick most of the time, while FKD doesn't. Would like to keep Charge Shot 1. Charge Shot 2 is buggy, so it's not needed.


2. Just got Leg Shot 3. Seems like using Action Shot 1, Action Shot 2 & Leg Shot 3 would be a quick way to kill critters, NPCs and some players. Would like to keep that.


3. Everyone talks about how great Crippling Shot is. I could get that, and the box above it, for some wicked shots and carbine accuracy.


4. But if I do the above three things, I can't get any Counterattack, which I've heard some say is awesome, too.


What do you, Carbineer experts, think?

First, LegShot3 is a complete waste of time, LegShot2 does the exact same thing.


Second, CripplingShot has been proven to NOT be the best DPS special. BurstShot1 is identical with half the HAM and FullAutoSingle2 is about 8% better.


Third, it all depends on what you are fighting and solo or group.


With BH you don't need carbineer speed mods, I would suggest 0-0-1-2 minimum.
