Thread: what is the point of this loot gun?

I looted a dh17 carbine, with a black polished stock. I am not certifed for it apparently, i am 2112. the stats are very medium. just a really weird dull gun that no one can use. why bother putting it in???

Hmm i dont think iv ever looted an item with a stock...but then again i dont pay to much attention. Did you equip it to see if you get the message saying you will suck if you use it or did you just see the certified= no?

the stock doesn't show, it just says it in description. balck polished stock. when i equip it it says you are not certified to use this weapon, you will suck with it etc. but the stats are really naff. maybe i can sell it as the rare hyper advanced dh17. bids start at 500k. but this useless piece of junk, a cdef pistol would have been more useful.

I got a DH17 that i wasntcertified for as well, i looted mine off a rebel commando. Not sure about the stock though, i know i did hand it over to another carbineerin my guildand she couldn't use it either. Very oddweapon indeed.
