TC-Bria was apparently wiped out, and everyone in the "In Testing" thread regarding the combat changes is crying about their panic shot and defense stacking changes. If I had the time, I'd take my TC toon up Marksman carbines, but I don't.

Has anyone tested the new dizzy states for the "fullauto" specials yet? Is burstshot2 working well as an AOE?
