Im master BH and i dont know what to get. Carbineers, can u help me with what I sould get?

FOTM for BH indeed.
Well from what i can see you have a few options. Basically you can get 4 skills in one tree and 3 in another.
The trees and their benefits:
Carbine Assualt Tactics (X000) - This tree contains our speed mods which will be helpful because they will allow you to cap out specials, also the 4th box contains our special ScatterShot2, which personally is my fav because it lets you do mind damage in PvP. But with Eyeshot and that new stun damage pistol, you dont really need a carbine for that.
Carbine Marksmanship (0X00) - This tree as the name suggest contains our accuracy mods, which will help with those crazy defence stackers, also is has out 7.5x damage multiplier special CrippleShot (3rd box), which is considered by most our best special especially with your BH speed additions.
Carbine Counterinsurgency (00X0) - The tree is our defence tree. Counterattack is the only thing worth mentioning, it has Damage Mitigation, but you get that with BH already. Also has one of the soon to be fixed specials, BurstShot2, which is an AoE High Damage Special, 6.0x unless the damage mult gets nerfed, which i think it may, but still will remain a high damage AoE skill.
Carbine Special Abilities (000X) - This tree has accuracy while moving mods, plus it has the all talked about soon to be fixed skills. It Contain both the FullAutoSingle2 (1st box) and FullAutoArea2 (3rd box) these are the skills that will allow you to dizzy/blind/stun all with one skill, although to get one state applied to the target it usually takes me 3-4 shots, and then another 3-4 to get another, i imagine the dizzy will function in a like matter. Also included in this tree are our 2 Knockdown's ChargeShot1 and Chargeshot2, both have the timer with them so spamming them isnt an option anymore (thankfully) ChargeShot2 is an AoE skill, allow the notes on the last patch may lead you to believe it was fixed, it was not the only thing that happened was the timer was applied so we can't indefinitly spam an attack that doesn't work, the dev said he thought it was fixed when he worked with it, so that may imply SOE's want to have it work, but in the notes for the upcoming publish it was *NOT* addressed, and given the hostility towards dizzy/KD i highly doubt SOE will carbineers both and AoE KD and Dizzy in the same publish.

0403, would give you all our cool specials, but you may be lacking in the speed category, if you can get your hands on a fast carbine with a speed under 2.5 and some nice tapes you should be just fine. Also as a BH you probably have alot of excess combat XP so going up the Carbine Special Abilities tree would be pretty easy.

Master BH gets +85 Carbine Speed, I think that should be enough....
