Carbineer Archive

So, I just invested aa new set of Ubesse 73% Kinetic armor, bought some new weapons, now I am wondering what skill mods I should get for PvE. I understand the carbine speed has a direct effect on my dps what about Carbine Acc and/or Carbine Aiming should I bother? When do the Acc and aming skill mods apply? Are there other skill modes I should be getting in addition.

NEVER get Carbine Aiming as that only helps if you use the /aim command. I buy Speed and Accuracy While Moving the most. A little extra CounterAttack is nice. Carbine Accuracy is OK, but at Master we hit quite often.

The Defense tapes are nice too.
