Oh dear god, please go read the FAQ and some info on our Specials. Although I am not sure if the full details on the DPS is clear enough, but using CripplingShot has to be about the slowest method without UBER Speed improvements in BH, SEA's, or Krayt Tissue. FullAutoSingle2 has the highest DPS until the Speed Cap is reached, which sure doesn't happen leveling and rarely at Master AND it applies States which make a big difference in damage you deal out and damage you receive.
The FAQ covers this in plenty of detail except for the option of Cone Effect Specials and having an Uber Melee tank.....
THE ABSOLUTE FASTEST WAY TO MASTER CARBINEER is to get an Uber Melee Tank (I use two Level 32'ish pets with Light Armor, 60% Kin Resist, 10k HAM and full buffs) and get FullAutoArea2 or BurstShot2 depending on your Combat XP vs. Carbine XP situation. I have done Carbineer twice and this is by far the fastest way to do it.

Went up the speed tree first. I had a gurreck tanking for me though. I just got buffed stood 50m away prone and spammed fullautoarea2(after I got it) Made roughly 48k xp per mission run (two missions) Give or take depending on how I got gurreck to tank. Sometimes I can get it to not attack hehe.
