for the most part yah, but i am actually dropping from BH to go master carbineer because carbineer has a few nice shots that i like over BH, like anything that hits multiple targets is good for me because i like to take on masses for the challenge and in PvP when working with a group, i will be able to focus dmg on one person or slap everyone with some.

BH is good for one reason, they have 15% more speed and they can kd/dizzy people, the dizzy being the sweet part cuz once that 30sec timer goes in dizzy will pwn j00 r0xx0r
