Thread: I sorta got a dev response to our issues.
Ok, I wrote to TH asking for the results of the investigations that Q-3PO said he would conduct. I got a response, but not one that answered anything. Here's the address.

ROFL, I think he is trying to blame it on SOJ. Keep up the good work SOJ, maybe one day a Dev will listen to ya.

**edit**, how depressing is that?! Ask in a cordial, concise, intelligent matter about our state of affairs, and Thunderheart's answer basically amounts to "Get off my back". Excuse us, TH. Just trying to play the game. Honestly, we know the devs have plenty of jobs to do and can't get to everything in 24 hours. Almost 3 months however, and we get surprised that someone hasn't delegated one day to drop a post in the Carbineer forum. That's not asking for much, and I would think that a company as large as Sony would be able to adequately split their resources and logistics to ensure proper care of their game.
P.S.- Trying to push this off on the correspondants was weak. I can't speak for the other profession correspondants, but SOJ has been on the job about researching and compiling our data and our problems. All that's left is for the devs to do their part.
We're waiting.
Compaired to the BH corispondent SOJ is a godsent, that weeps guy annoys the hell out of me and I am not even a BH. Every one if his posts is along the lines of all the nerf call/i quit/over emphasise their strengths/exagerate our weeknesses BS that you always see on the general boards.
I know SOJ has clear consice info on what is wrong with our class, what we want looked at, and what we expect to hear back from them about (and what we want explained when we hear back). I just don't think the DEVs give him much heed as he dosn't seem to have any more info than we do, we haven't had one thing changed/fixed with our class, and we have not had one response to us since 6/25.
The reason why is response was get off his back is because hes told people numerous times what hes working on and what he has planned next. All other topics should be brought up to our correspondents where he'll respond to them in the correspondent forum or whatever thing its coming up with them. The guys really busy and in addition hes been getting threads for the past two weeks of people ragging on him and trying to create a lynch mob for him.
TH has said it a hundred times now that all profession bugs and issue most be told to the correspondents. Only certain things such as creature changes, CH, DE, and AT-ST changes are being openly discussed right now. If he has something that he wants discussed with the community then he'll present it. Our best beat is just to rely on SOJ and try not to piss off TH or then he might ignore us on purpose.

We have given our issues to the correspondent (SOJ), who gave them to the devs,to which Q-3PO replied with a "we'll investigate and get back to you" post. That was 2 months and 17 days ago. TH's job as Asst. Community Relations Manager is to serve as a filter between the players and the devs. Essentially he is an Uber-Correspondent. I didn't demand that they fix carbineer or ANYTHING like that. I just wanted to know the status of those investigations. I realize he is busy, which is why I patiently bump the post with what I thought was a trivial joking poke at him responding to other messages.
I don't care what the devs are working on next, I just want to know the status/results of the investigations that we were told we would have information on.
This might not sound like much but TH just kind of moved in and is getting organized for the most part. I believe is he basically about ready to take on the correspondents. I think what he was trying to say is, "Hold on there, if you have any problems or arguements, take it up with your correspondent so he can take it up with me."
Atleast that's what I'm under the impression of. I've compiled reports to other devs but none have gone directly to him yet that I know of. It's probably about time that has changed.
TH wasn't there when that thing happened 2 months ago. One of his first to do items when he got here is to create a new, more efficient correspondent program, so that the issues will go through like you want.
If you bother to follow his posts, you'll realize that he has submitted his draft for approval today... as was promised, precisely on time. In the meantime, he's asked many times for people to keep their class-specific problems to the correspondents, but people like you simply ignore him. Frankly, I'm impressed he's demonstrated as much patience as he has.
He's been working his ass off to get this groundwork laid down so that the communication to/from the correspondents pick up. All he asks in return is for people to give him a bit of time to get oriented to the new job and get his programs approved. Unfortunately, most people see him as just the next scapegoat to scream at.
Trying to hold him to a promise made by someone 2 months ago that isn't really on the team anymore seems like my idea of a waste of time.

No problem about the name. ok, I've read every post that TH has made that is available (since back in the day when he played a brawler). I'm not holding him responsible for Q-3PO's lie.I believe I was clear about thatin my post. He's busy and I realise that. I also pointed it out in my post. My problem is only marginally class specific. I would like to know the results of Q's investigations into our class. My biggest problem is that Q-3PO lied to us. I asked TH to "step up to the plate and cover for his co-worker" by providing us with some information.
I hold Q-3PO responsible for the promise (lie) from 2 months 18 days ago, and was hoping that TH could make some amends for him.
