Thread: What i fear is what will happen to us when we're fixed.
Right now, nobody gives a second glance at us in PVP due to having many borken specials. When we do get fixed and people get to see our true potential things might change. Think about the currentworking combat classes and what have people said about them? They cry for the Nerf bat. That might happen to us when we're fixed. People will see how powerful we are for Crowd control. The other classes like commando or Bounty hunter can kill one person really fast, thus making one person angry. Imagine when we use our fixed AoE specials on a crowd of Players. We'll have made a lot of people angry. The first cry for nerf will be on our special ChargeShot2. People will be annoyed that we can knock down a group of players with one special and say we're too poweful for PVP.
I'm worried that when we are fixed, our moment of glory will be cut short to being Nerfed. It would be like not being fixed at all. This may sound pessimistic, but look at what has happened to the other classes are working.
He's right, sad isn't it?
This is the only game I've ever seen that nerf's things this much -- people are scared of becoming classes because of eventual nerfs.

Well, you fail to take into account that everybody else is supposed to be getting fixed. When everybody works, people won't bitch about the ones that work. Right? Unless you think we'll be fixed anything but last, hehehe. Sorry, but pikemen are getting at least some attention sooner than we are -- the tanking ability thing is already in the process of going in.
Even if we get fixed while others are still broken, presumably defenses will be undergoing fixes -- including things like ranged and knockdown/PC defense. So, our AE attacks will be resisted by somebody, and still auto-target and initiate defensive fire against us -- we won't live long enough to be a nuisance for people to get annoyed with.
