i ve just managed to master carbineer at last. And after that i had a duel with my bro, pistoleer -not master!-, and master TK.My weapon was a krayt Dh17 1.8 speed , dmg 350, his weapon was a pistol worth 5k.

He just used pistol and he killed me easily ! we were not using armor.
Tk masters cant be knockdowned or intimitated. so i just used crippling shot with my great weapon!.

this carbineer prof sux! we have no defences, just intimitidate and kd - 15 points!- . tk and pistoleer have all those defenses.

I'm gonna surrender but want to ask u for last time, in near future this prof will be better ???

lol - master TK's can be KD'ed - Use chargeshot a few times - actionshot and move around. I've kd'ed master TK's with chargeshot (50%) of the time.

Its true...chargeshot him a lot. The bleed will eat him alive too, just run aroundlike mad &u should be fine.

well, i'm not dropping it unless i get MBH for a holo (which would REALLY suck).

I killed my friend who's a master pistoleer/fencer, they have HUGE KD defense mods... KD spam, he was flat on his back and i won

Master Pistoleer/TKM=KD spam, they can't get up. just get a carbine with a longer ideal range (IE lasers are 50m) and start from far away... they'll never get ya

Carbineer isn't that bad. I win some, I lose some. Seems I have days where I win alot, and others where I lose alot. I have been master bounty hunters, they have schooled me in return. I think you get the picture.

Were you doing the type of dueling where you just stand there and fire at each other? Did you start your duel with the TKM within 15 meters? If so, why?

Carbineer may not be your play style.

Krayt DH17. --giggle-- After the mitigation patch, that may make more sense. heck, after mitigation, my laser carbines will be for xp grinding.

Just practice a little more. It sounds like you have already given up though.

i was a master carbineer untill about a month ago. i loved the idea of some of the specials and the idea of controling crowds.

after waiting for 4 months for fixes to our ham costsand specials not working most of it fairly basic stuff which is not hard to fix i gave up.

i still come here sometimes and read the posts hoping that u will get the fixes u so deserve but as someone said earlier i dont tink anything will happen untill they do complete overhaul of the combat system (in my opinion and past experiences in this game when they say 2 months time i think they mean maybe 4 to 6 months time)

either way i wish u luck but personaly i am saving my self a lot of aggrevationby not playing this profesion now although i am hoping to try carbineer again after they fix it well that is if WoW does not come first.
