As a Master Creature Handler/Carbineer,I have used this for some time. I typically use dragonets(28) or bile-drenched quenkers (34) for dizzy effects. The really popular mite also dizzies as well (I dont use/have one so I cant remember the name). Huurton Stalkers (33?)cause dizzy as well...they are my favorite for PvP.

Then again, as a CH I am odd compared to most. I like the smaller interesting and rarely used creatures. I do not own a singlegraul or rancor. My datapad is filled with creatures that do things besides just being big damage sponges...

***The levels and specials could change in this patch.

I recommend all carbineers hookup with a fencer

They have a very reliable dizzy attack that works wonders on NPCs!

This is the first teamup that I have ever been in that produced results greater what the two could do one their own, I hope SOE comes up with more of these amazing combos because they really improve my fun in groups and with the game overall

Well, I was putting a whallop on some Hutt Expeditionary NPCs (to raise my Nym faction) with a rifleman today. He'd dizzy, I'd KD, then we'd do to all others. Then, I'd just FAA1 (40k from FAA2, though I hear it's borked) until they were all dead, and we got our Nym faction. Went from -2100 to -570 on the one batch we found.

The only difference between yesterday and today is that now i can tell my pet to use a special attack on command. Before i would hope it would use it's special attack and also hope it used the dizzy attack. I have a Crimson Razor Cat that has special attack 1 - Dizzy and special attack 2 - Stun. If i use both of those one after another, its like having /confusionshot from the BH carbine tree. Then i'll stick a /chargeshot1 in there. The most important factor is that the dizzy actually sticks to the target unlike what our specials are supposed to do (fullautosingle).

yeah, that really bites that they havent fixed full auto or charge two. I have two BDQ, and always prayed they would dizzy or poison, but was far and few between. Now we have the special command, i tried in vain last night to get any or all my pets to use a special, and i never once got it to stick. maybe bad luck, or maybe bugged. Sadly, Carbine would rule in PVP, if they would just fix our dizzy, and or also our group knock down. Still though works well in groups, was out killing Night Sister Spell Weavers last night on dath, I could keep em down, while Buds lit on fire or eye shotted. But still annoying that two peices of the Carbine tree just plain DONT work, and actually i have found that if they did work they would be attackes i would rely on. Oh well, i too though thought that the CH changes would help me, but unless i can get their specials to work, its little advantage.
