Ok here it goes. I have CH 2/2/1/1 ( im done going up any higher i just want a little pet to do some little things when soloing). I was thinking of going bounty hunter 3/4 investigation 4 for jedi missions and mastering the carbine part. In carbineer i have enough to master one branch and get 2 more skill boxes. I was wondering what should i go up in carbineer so i can be really good hehe. i was thinking marksmanship would probably be the one branch i master but what 2 boxes should i go up in in a another branch ? Please help. Also please explain waht would be a good idea and what would not. I hear alot about needing medic which i dont really want to take but if i have to i ahve to drop CH which i dont really want to do....... im stuck on it for some reason maybe its because i wanted to master it for a super long time. ANYWAYS

Thanks for helping ahead of time you guys seem friendly in this forum and i know i can get some good help. It would be cool to knnow what guns to use also like krayted laser carbines ????? or what. Thanks !

Drop CH all together. You wont need it. Few points on this...CH just got nerfed hardcore so the 4/4/0/0 doesnt really work to your favor anymore. Second once you get going in carbines you dont need pets. Between Charge shot 1, Supression fire 1, and Phecnacine darts (scout trap, level 3) you can keep them at range indefinatly. Id say warning shot, which is great at first, but this combo will keep them away forever if you rotate it right. The darts tranq lasts 20 seconds, so count to 18 and supress them, then count to 5 and throw another trap.

Generally when I solo i run it like this (theres two ways, but ill give you the safe way)

Setup a macro that does /aim;/actionshot 1 (not 2, that is AE) go to 64m from your target and hit it with this, when the shot goes off peace and step back to 90m from target. When the bleed ticks for damage he will attack you, when he hits 60, charge shot. The mob goes down, you follow up with a trap. legshot for 18 seconds, (or cripple if you got it), then start supressing, when your supression goes, do 2 legshots, then throw another trap if you need to. Rinse and repeat.

When you get better you can generalyl take one several at one time. Just takes practice and knowledge of the system. I can fight 5 frienzied graul at the same time with a combo of supression and traps, blasting with Fullauto area 2, and be done in about 10 seconds. Somethings you dont need to be so careful on, but if your not 100% sure you can take it quick and easy, go with ole number one.

Weaponwise I carry a range. I have a Laser Carbine for PvE and armored target, an Elite that i had made for PvP (good damage range), the DXR6 and Slug thrower for Acid (the R6 has better hams, slightly lower damage.), and an EE3 for heat. Some people enjoy their low level carbines due to the minimal ham costs they have, which is all good and dandy, but i just worked around the HAM costs and figured out how to manage. I also keep on good terms with a Chef. Breath of Heaven is great stuff. If you know your gonna go grind XP then the doc buffs are worth it...but only for times you need them. If you get used to them then you dont operate well without, so i try to keep my buff periods to a min...basically PvP...though not always.

I had armor for awhile, great stuff too, but in the end i ditched it and now i buy crates of PSGs from an armorsmith. Very handy little things. Find a tailor and get some clothes with Melee defense, it actually helps.

Well I hope this gets you going, good luck.

I really just want to know the best combo i cn get with my current situations I want to go 3/4 bounty hunter 4/4 CH and in carbine i can go up one whole branch and 2 boxes in an another i just dont know which one is better for taking somebody out good in pvp. Im sure if i picked what i think will be good i can be a pretty **edit** good pvper. 3/4 bounty hunter 4/4 CH ( i dont even use pets in pvp just for soloing because i like them ) and 2/4 carbine or maybe 0/4/2/0 because the speed one would make me shoot faster which ever one you guys say is better. With that in carbineer and master carbine in BH i should eb able to take somone out fast im sure. Thats all im asking really if the combo is pretty **edit** good.I dont want to drop CH just want to know an honest answer as to if its good and why you think its good lol.

I allways have to hear from someone else who is good in the profession if its good just to clerify
