Sorry for the noobie question, but can anyone explain power ups to me ?
What exactly are they and how are they used ? I see crates of them for sale in some places, but without a user guide I'm buggered if I know what they're for.
There's sod all in the manual about them.

A power up provides a temporary boost to a weapon. Each lasts for 100 shots.
So "31% Max Damage, 15% Action Ranged" would increase the maximum damage stat by 15% and reduce Action pool costs by 15% the next 100 times that weapon is fired. A Ranged upgrade can go on any ranged weapon (afaik). Melee upgrades for melee weapons
Click on them in your invetory and "use" it on your weapon. Commonly sold in crates of 10 so you get copies of the same upgrade - when your 100 shots run out, grab the next one and put it on again.

And the downside to using them is the damage the heck out of your gun....so either don't use them all the time...or plan on buying lots weapon repair kits and new guns.
