Is Counter-Attack working very well? Can you notice a difference at all? Does it actually work or is it bugged like most other carbine things?

well im attacking something ill get a message in the combat box that says that i was hit for X amount of damage but I counterattack

we dont actually counterattack but we dont get hit

Carbineer 2/3/2/2

Doctor 2/4/4/2
