How should I lvl up in carbinier? I currently have 1-1-0-3 with +13 speed attachment

Since you have +13 speed, I would get the first 2 boxes of the speed line, then go for the accuracy/counter-attack lines. Just my humble opinion, I'm still learning about carbs as well.

do all of assault tactics just because speed is good . then do marksmanship and then coutnerinsurgency, but remember to do coutnerinsurgency 1 for burstshot before starting up the other trees.
