Hi

I am about to reach my first 175k carbinesexp in Carbineer and was wondering whats the "best" way to spec first? Wouldn't want to gimp myself when theres a wealth of experience out there

Cheers for any help you can give me.

Hats off to SOE. Not many companies could take the best MMO on the market and fu*k it up completely, that takes real skill.

There are a lot of posts on this subject actually, too bad all the trolls have filled up our forum with cries of NERF for ChargeShot1, oh well....

Let me tell you the best shots, which I STILL use at Master. FullAutoSingle2, BurstShot1, ChargeShot1 followed by ScatterShot and CripplingShot. Everything else is broke or a waste of time. While CripplingShot can hit the hardest, until you hit the speed cap FullAutoSingle2 has more DPS. BurstShot1 is equal to CripplingShot with less HAM required.

Get 0-0-1-X first and then move up to 3-0-1-X next. Follow that by 3-4-1-X and pick up some Carbine Speed attachments. Lastly get 4-4-1-X to finish all but one branch, which is mostly for PvP. But PvP is marginal at best even at Master so do that last.

Hope this helps and check out the Sticky'd posts on Specials and my spreadsheet
