Are these still good? does this add to normal Accuracy or are these just completly useless now?

Not really tested. Nobody even knew before CU, if they actually worked, nobody knows now. But since the modifier itself doesn't exist any more in the skillboxes, the indications are strong that it's gone and worthless now.

They don't work.

Accuracy depending on stance, range and movement has been removed.

It's accuracy vs. defense now.
