Carbineer Archive

i just saw one on a vendor and it was certed for Master carbineer. I thought it was master rifleman last time i checked. When did they fix it?

You occasionally still see them certified for master rifleman on the vendors. This is a problem with the update of vendor information, though... as soon as taken from the vendor, one way or another, the certificate changes.
