was just wondering if accuracy bonus made that big of difference

I'd go with number 1 for the accuracy and the the min damage. But i'd prolly use both if i could depending on the situation.

which slice would you suggest if i went with 1st carbine? 8% dmg, 2% speed 3% crit?

I would go with Choice #1.
* Damage is still decent, but it has higher minimum damage than Choice #2.
* Great Accuracy bonus!
* Speed is comparable to the second. Not a big difference.
* SAC is the same as #2. Both have excellent SAC.
Two valid routes I can suggest for slicing this weapon. In no particular order:
- Full Damage slicing, dump the rest into critical if you can. You still have room to play with on the damage cap.
- Full Critical slicing, dump the rest, if any, into damage.

it looks like if i get a 8% dmg ill have to just get a 2% speed, 3% crit cause 5% crit takes 60% customization
