Thread: E11 mk2 carbine advice
Max damage on a Mark II is 1063 I think. SAC costs are realy important to have as low as possible.
Get a carbine with SACs as close to the lower cap of... 70 something as possible. Then the rest in damage. If you use +100 krayt tissues you'll reach the cap pretty easy. Slice it for damage if you have not gotten it.
I got a carbine with 76 SAC and after 3 damage slices I got 1046. Only used something like 110 damage krayt tissues. Pretty darn good stuff.

SAC cap is 73.
The slices you want on your gun will depend on what the finished product looks like. If you are damaged capped at 1063 (or even reasonably close, say 1050ish), you won't want to waste a slice on damage, because you can not exceed that crafting cap by slices. So in that case I would slice for speed if your speed is above 2.0, or save the slice for when critical slices are fixed. The powerup you use will in turn also depend on the stats of the finished weapon, although most people around here opt for SAC pups.

The slicing cap for Mark II's is 1046.

Yep, we got mine to 1046 on the first slice and it wouldnt take anymore, wouldnt allow the smuggler to do anymore that is, had to go for speed, critical etc to get to 100% modification.
