Thread: Need help from Pro Carbineer's

Hi,
I've been told that Carbineer is a good prof. Im currently a M/swordsman and i have enough free points to get M/Carbineer, what is the best Animal and planet to grind on???
Im still only in the Marksman tree so i along way to go yet.
But help is appreciated,

I find that Dathomir hunting "Giant Baz Nitches" is good for xp and money. You will probably have to be in a group of two or more though and have buffs.
Or I would say "Voritor's" or "Hurtons" on dantooine.
I also would suggest to go fencer with master carbineer for good defenses instead of swordsman.....but you could also use swordsman for some up close combat if needed.
Just my thoughts.

well for tyhe marksman tree it is hard, but once you get to novice definetly go to dantooine and hunt quenkers. you can drop them in 3 or 4 hits and they give 3k per and 5k for the lair and also a nice payout.

When i did it, i did it mainly on Dantooine with Savage Quenkers and Huurton's. I have heard since i mastered carbineer (that was a long time ago now that i think of it) they jumped the difficulty on the S. Quenkers, so i would reccomend huurtons, what my guildies did was set up one toon AFK and overt in a private house with an AT-ST and then just group with that character and get level 80ish missions of low level mobs, that yeild about 15-20 spawns. When i did Swordsman a while back with spin2 i was blown away by how fast i could grind XP in a group like that.
But i think one important fact has been missed here, weaponary. You should try and find yourself a decent speed sliced, speed PU'd snubnose or E-11 to grind with. As far as specials go most reccomend /fullautosingle2 but the FAQ has a very well written article by nova on that subject, you should check it out

Yeah when I had my MCH pets tanking I could take down 6 Enraged Rancors in just over 40 seconds

exp and wooly hides are good!!!
As for dropping swordsman not in this life time!!! Mindhit3 wipes out 12k rancor mind in 20 seconds flat!!!

Funny how I get ONE STAR for stating a fact.....AND trying to make a point to help other players out.
The type of people that do such a thing should be ashamed of themselves.....AND go back to the FOTM forum of their choice....
You people disgust me and provide a greater frustration than the Devs with this game.....so annoying.....
