Here's a way to get a Lithitanium Carbine to hang as a trophy without having to get a Smooth Stone or even go after an Executioner.

1: Find a Weaponsmith.

2: Send him/her an order for an E11 but tell him/her to rename it as a Lithitanium Carbine.

3: Pick up order.

4: Hang on wall and laugh and brag about it while others are spending their time going after Executioners and searching for the merchant in Bestine to only end up with a sub-par carbine, meanwhile hoping that people aren't smart enough to open the radial menu and press examine.

Cheap and effective I like it!

Please re-read the second half of step four

While you are at it, get them to make a scope and stock by hand (no factory) and then use those on an elite carbine. That makes a really nice wall decoration.
